My Turn to Shine

Inspired by the song Shine, this piece is a celebration of stepping forward with confidence and joy. Layers of paint, expressive marks, and hidden affirmations lie beneath the surface, each one a reminder that growth often happens long before it can be seen.

Touches of Future Dusk weave through the composition alongside luminous greens, blues, and flowing whites, creating a sense of movement, possibility, and light. Like many of my paintings, the words written beneath the paint are just as important as the colors above them—a quiet foundation of hope, encouragement, and intention.

My Turn to Shine is an invitation to embrace who you are, trust your journey, and recognize that every season of life brings its own opportunity to step into the light.
